At Personal Health Products, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your order doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account portal and select the items you wish to return to receive a unique Return Authorization Number.
Pack Your Items
Place the unworn items with original tags still attached into the original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
